BazaarBox · Policies & Customer Support

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective 8 October 2026. This English version is the current policy text.

This Policy applies only to fees paid to BazaarBox for marketplace listing entitlements or promotional listing packs. It does not apply to the price of an advertised item, because buyers and sellers transact directly and BazaarBox does not process that payment.

Cancellation before publication

You may withdraw an unpublished listing using the available listing controls or by emailing support with its reference. If no fee was collected, no refund is due. If a fee was collected for that unpublished listing and the service has not been delivered, request cancellation and a refund; BazaarBox will verify the payment and publication records. An unused pack credit reserved for the cancelled listing may be released or restored instead, subject to the pack terms and applicable law.

Moderation rejection and cancellation after publication

A rejected unpublished listing must not consume a paid listing entitlement. If it was incorrectly charged or a credit consumed, contact support for refund or credit restoration. After publication, voluntary early removal or marking an item sold does not automatically qualify for a refund because the listing service has begun. No successful item sale is guaranteed. Statutory rights and remedies for duplicate charges or technical failures remain unaffected.

Pack cancellation and unused credits

For cancellation of an unused promotional pack, contact support before using any credits so we can assess the purchase and any service already supplied. A partially used pack or unused credits do not automatically qualify for a refund. Unused and unreserved credits expire after the disclosed posting window; they are not automatically renewed or converted to cash. These terms do not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights.

1. Requesting support or a refund

Email hello@renewtech.solutions from the address associated with your BazaarBox account. Include the listing or pack, approximate payment date, provider reference if available, and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, full card numbers, or other secret payment credentials.

BazaarBox will:

  • acknowledge a refund or payment-support request within 2 business days;
  • normally determine eligibility or the proposed resolution within 5 business days; and
  • initiate an approved refund within 5 business days after approval.

After BazaarBox initiates an approved refund, the payment provider and the user’s bank or payment method may require additional processing time before the credit appears. BazaarBox cannot guarantee a timeline controlled by the provider or bank.

2. When a refund or credit restoration may be appropriate

Subject to verification, applicable law, and the final payment records, a refund or credit restoration may be appropriate when:

  • the same BazaarBox entitlement was charged more than once;
  • the payment provider confirms a successful charge but BazaarBox did not grant the purchased entitlement;
  • payment or a pack credit was captured or reserved because of a race, retry, or recovery event and the approved listing could not be published;
  • an unpublished listing was rejected before publication but a listing entitlement was incorrectly consumed;
  • a technical failure attributable to BazaarBox prevents use of an otherwise valid entitlement and cannot reasonably be corrected; or
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

BazaarBox may restore a pack credit instead of issuing a monetary refund when that puts the account in the position it should have occupied and is appropriate under the purchase terms and applicable law.

3. Situations that do not automatically qualify

The following do not automatically create a refund:

  • a seller ends a published listing early because the item sold or the seller changed their mind;
  • a listing receives no enquiries or does not result in a sale;
  • a standard listing completes its 30-day publication period;
  • unused or unreserved promotional credits expire at the end of the pack’s 30-day posting window;
  • the seller asks to transfer credits or exchange them for cash;
  • an already published listing is removed for a seller’s violation of the Terms, Posting Rules, law, or safety requirements; or
  • a buyer or seller disputes the underlying item sale, which BazaarBox did not process.

This list does not limit statutory rights or prevent BazaarBox from granting an appropriate remedy after reviewing the facts.

4. Failed, cancelled, abandoned, or pending payments

A failed, cancelled, abandoned, or pending payment does not grant a listing entitlement. A browser redirect, screenshot, bank message, or checkout success screen is not by itself proof that BazaarBox received a successful payment.

If a payment appears debited but BazaarBox has not received a verified successful provider result, contact support. BazaarBox will compare the account and provider records and take the appropriate action. Do not make repeated payments unless the application clearly shows the previous attempt failed and the provider record has been reconciled.

5. Standard listings

A standard entitlement costs ₹10, covers one listing, and provides 30 days from publication. It is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Relisting after expiry requires a new entitlement and payment.

6. Introductory promotional packs

An eligible verified account may choose one introductory pack in total:

  • Launch Pack: ₹50 promotional price (reference price ₹200), up to 20 new listings; or
  • Mega Launch Pack: ₹100 promotional price (reference price ₹1,000), up to 100 new listings.

The pack’s 30-day posting window begins when the payment provider confirms successful payment and BazaarBox grants the entitlement. Each qualifying listing submitted or reserved during that window may complete moderation afterward, and each published listing receives its own 30-day publication period.

Unused and unreserved credits expire with the posting window. Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot renew or relist an expired listing.

7. Refund method

Approved monetary refunds should be returned through the original payment route where supported and lawful. BazaarBox may require reasonable verification before acting. Provider or bank restrictions may affect the route or timing.

Any payment collected through BazaarBox is for BazaarBox listing/platform services only. Refund requests about the buyer-to-seller item payment must be resolved directly between buyer and seller, subject to their legal rights.

8. Appeals and statutory rights

If you disagree with a decision, reply to the support response with relevant information and request review. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits a non-waivable right or remedy under applicable law.
