For account, listing, moderation, privacy, payment-support or grievance enquiries, email us with a short explanation and the relevant listing or transaction reference. Do not include passwords, OTPs, PINs, full card numbers or other secret credentials.
We acknowledge support and grievance requests within 2 business days. For refunds and payment support, we normally determine eligibility or the proposed resolution within 5 business days and initiate an approved refund within 5 business days after approval. Bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time outside BazaarBox’s control.
Local marketplace services
BazaarBox provides listing and communication services, not the merchandise advertised by sellers. Buyers and sellers arrange local meetups and complete the item transaction directly. BazaarBox does not process or hold the item purchase price.
